Launch of the "Sounding Future" content platform

Newsletter 01-2024: We launched the Sounding Future platform. From now on, we present technically and artistically innovative approaches to working with sound in the music and audio sector. In this first newsletter, we would like to briefly introduce what can be found on the platform. And we hope to make you curious to find out more.

Articles

20 authors with technical and artistic backgrounds have written multimedia articles for the launch of the platform. And if you don't feel like reading, you can also have the articles read aloud to you.

Hands-on

We also want to share practical knowledge on the platform. In the hands-on section, Sounding Future authors and the editorial team have shared their favourite how-to videos, websites and DIY tutorials.

Books

Our book collection is constantly being expanded. It includes classics as well as the latest publications on the topics of music and AI, 3D audio, sound design and thinking about music.

Community features

In the future, registered users will be able to use typical social network functions. Such as following other users, commenting on or bookmarking articles, and much more.

Finally, we would like to thank the first authors: Sam Auinger, Natasha Barrett, Félix Blume, Nicolas Collins, Anke Eckardt, John Eckhardt, Karlheinz Essl, Thomas Grill, Seppo Gründler, Electric Indigo, Werner Jauk, Tetsuo Kogawa, Francisco Lopez, Margarethe Maierhofer-Lischka, Anna Maly, Daniel Mayer, Veronika Maye, Heimo Ranzenbacher, Elisabeth Schimana and Christian Tschinkel.
